Jon & his crew done an absolute wonderful job removing our bathtub & installing our walk in shower. They had great personalities along with their work professionalism.
Marc was very amiable & wonderful with helping us choose what project that we wanted to have done.
Lou was very nice & has a good bunch of men working for & with him.

Very professional would hire again

Very professional effort. They had to delay a few days due to a death in the family of one of their workers, but it was no real problem.

Marc was very helpful. They did an awesome job, very professional, very happy and satisfied. I am always pleased when I hired a service professional through Home Advisor. George, Steve and Jeff where very professional and really knew what they were doing.

Excellent service and quality

Was extremely skeptical about them even with the five star ratings, as I have had many bad experiences with contractors. Lou, Mark and the entire crew at Secure Bathing did an amazing job in my Master Bathroom. The Tile work was stunning to say the least, and the shower is a masterpiece. I picked high end faucets, sinks and lighting which made the bathroom amazing. I will hire them again when I get ready to remodel my upstairs bathroom. Excellent work men, Steve and I are both very very pleased.

The workers were great. They had my bathroom looking great, I love my new walk-in shower, do not miss the bathtub, at all.I would hire them again, no regrets....

They called to say they could do my bathroom early and I was out of town but said they could proceed anyway. When I came home I was AMAZED had the job they did!!! Perfection at its finest! There were some un-known details that we knew would come up with this repair. I trusted Lou to do the job right and keep within a budget and he did just that. Very good company

Only reason for the 3 starts in value is all we needed was a tub smashed and removed. Took all of about 20 minutes. They did knock a bit off the original quote and granted, they did cart the debris away, but seemed a bit much to me for demo'ing a bath. The rating has NOTHING to do with the company, employees or service overall that was received. They were very friendly, paid careful attention to prepping the path from bathroom to front door so debris did not go all over, and did the job quickly. Even got a few tips :-) We will definitely hire them again if the need arises.

They were timely with their work and accurate on the pricing. They even went beyond what they said they would do. I will certainly use his services again since I have multiple properties and we have been looking for a reliable contractor.

I've had a great experience using Secure Bathing for my home remodel project. They came and offered us an affordable solution that redesigned two bedrooms into a wheelchair accessible master suite. This gave me full access to a roll in shower and a sink that allowed me to use my wheelchair with plenty of room to roll around. The toilet was placed where I can transfer from my wheelchair and still have room to access the features of the bathroom. As a bonus Lou and Marc gave us the ability to have a first floor laundry center which we never even thought of but turned out to be a great idea. We do not have a large house and they were able to fit all of our requirements into the design. Lou and Marc treat their customers with courtesy and a compassion for the customers needs. Their whole experienced team of pros from Secure Bathing that worked on my project we're all well seasoned craftsman that we're all detail orientated and treated us like family. In today's business world it's tough to find a company that knows from their own personal family experience what the handicapped individuals goes through each day. They can then take that experience and use it to develop a solution to the customer needs. I'm a retired mechanical engineer that made my living for 35 yrs. in highly detailed and complex projects and Secure Bathing was able to handle my tough standards with no problems. I would have no problem referring Secure Bathing to anyone that has a project in their future. Just give them a call and let them help you like they helped us.

Mark, Lou, Dave George were Awesome! The work on my bathrooms made me so happy and got me back loving my home!! They were clean, organized, respectful and worth the investment. This should be a first option if you are looking for quality work.

Work has not been done at this time. Install is scheduled for end of June. Was impressed with rep and his knowledge. No pushy and did not try to get us to sign a contract immediately to get a better price like the other two companies did.
